You don't have to figure it all out alone.

I'm Victoria, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in downtown Toronto, working in person and online across Ontario. I work with individuals who are overthinking, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to understand themselves a little better.

You do not need the perfect words. We can start wherever you are.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Your mind will not switch off

Overthinking, worry, perfectionism, and every worst-case scenario before breakfast.

Relationships feel complicated

Boundaries, people-pleasing, and the exhaustion of managing everyone else's feelings.

Everything feels like a lot

Stress, burnout, and an overwhelm that does not switch off at the end of the day.

You are trying to understand yourself

Identity, confidence, self-esteem, and working out what you actually want.

The same patterns keep repeating

Understanding where they began, and building something different so the cycle stops running you.

You cannot name what is wrong

Something feels off and you have no language for it yet. That is a good place to begin.

There is no threshold you have to cross before your struggles count. There is more on therapy for anxiety, burnout and stress, ADHD and self-esteem and identity.

Meet Victoria

Hi, I'm Victoria.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practising in downtown Toronto and online across Ontario. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can be who you are, without judgement, expectation, or pressure to hold it together.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, relationships, identity, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem and grief. Not a particular age group and not a particular type of person. If you are struggling with any of this, you belong here.

My approach is collaborative, curious and practical. We will make space to understand where things come from, while building tools you can genuinely use outside of the therapy room.

I believe no two people are the same.

There is no standard version of a person, so there is no standard version of therapy that fits everyone. Some people arrive carrying a great deal on their own, without ever really feeling seen or heard. Some are in the middle of something hard and cannot find the way out of it. Some are living with an ongoing mental health condition. And some are doing reasonably well, and want somewhere to check in so that things stay that way.

All of those are good reasons to be here, and none of them have to look like anyone else's.

What stays constant is how we work. We get clear on what you want to be different, and then we work toward it together, at a pace that belongs to you. You set the direction. I walk it with you.

Starting is the hardest part

How to begin

Three steps. I arrange consultations personally rather than through a booking system, so that we can find a time that genuinely works.

1

Send a short message

Use the form at the bottom of this page, or email me directly. A sentence or two about what is bringing you here is enough to begin.

2

A free 15-minute consultation

I reply personally, usually within two business days, and we arrange a time. I will ask a few questions to understand what you are looking for, and you can ask about my approach, fees and whether I am the right fit for you.

3

Your first session

We talk through what brought you here, the background that matters, and what you want to be different. From there we set goals and work toward them together. The work is supportive, and there will be moments where it asks something of you.

Online therapy across Ontario

I see clients in person in downtown Toronto, and online by secure video anywhere in the province.

Online sessions are not a lesser version of the work. For a lot of people they are the reason therapy fits into their life at all. No commute, no waiting room, and you can have the session somewhere you already feel comfortable.

Because I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I can work with anyone located in Ontario, whether that is a short walk from the office or several hours north of it. There is more on how online sessions work, and on in-person therapy in downtown Toronto.

Questions people often hesitate to ask

Is my problem serious enough for therapy?

Almost everyone asks this, and the answer is yes. You do not need to be in crisis to deserve support. If it matters to you, it is worth an hour.

What am I supposed to talk about?

Whatever is on your mind, including the fact that you do not know what to talk about. Part of my role is helping you find the words.

What if you judge me?

You will not be judged here. Whatever you bring is yours, and my job is to understand it alongside you rather than measure you against anything. Building a space where you feel safe enough to be honest is the first thing I work on, and it matters more to me than anything else we do.

What does "Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)" mean?

I am a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario completing the final supervised hours and examination for full registration. I practise under regular clinical supervision and am bound by the same professional and ethical standards.

Do you offer online therapy across Ontario?

Yes. Sessions run on secure, confidential video, and I can work with anyone located in Ontario. Many clients mix the two, coming into the Toronto office some weeks and meeting online on others.

How much does therapy cost?

Sessions are $170 for 50 minutes. A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available, and you are welcome to ask about one. I provide a receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurer, though coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) varies between plans, so it is worth confirming with your provider first.

Get in touch

I'm ready when you are.

Fill this in and I will get back to you personally to arrange a free consultation. You do not have to explain everything here.

Please do not include detailed health information here, as email is not a secure channel.

What happens next

I read every enquiry myself and reply, usually within two business days. From there we arrange a free 15-minute consultation at a time that suits you.

If I am not the right fit, I will gladly point you toward someone who is.
